On-Site: On-Site delivery services, like project management and business analysis, are performed at your location by our U.S. Client Engagement Managers. In the case of outsourcing with a dedicated offshore team, some Offshore resources will work onsite with you for a specified period, especially during the initial phase.

On-Shore: On-Shore delivery services are performed by U.S. Client Engagement Manager resources usually remotely from our US office in Winston Salem. On-Shore projects typically include some minimal amount of on-site delivery in the planning and/or implementation phases.

Offshore: Our Offshore Delivery Center in Romania is staffed with technical experts, including Dev Leads, Sr. Developers and Architects, Solution Architects, Developers, QA Testers, and UI Designers. All our resources have certified technical expertise, speak fluent English and have honed communication and collaboration skills.
