A dedicated development outsourcing team consists of one Dev Lead and any number of Developers. The team has access on an as-needed basis to additional professional resources like QA Testers and UI designers.
Onsite/Onshore: Our local presence enhances our offshore capabilities, and both teams understand each other’s culture, something that enables our clients to build very strong relationships with their teams. Client Engagement Managers (CEMs) work locally/onsite with clients and improve overall outsourcing productivity through their business acumen and closer understanding of your organizations vision, strategy and internal initiatives. CEMs ensure smooth outsourcing initiation during the critical first couple of months of an engagement, including requirements definition and process establishment. After that, CEMs work as needed to ensure efficiency in communication and overall program success.
