General Description
We are a growing organization of enthusiastic, smart, capable and passionate people and we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager. This person will lead the overall application development effort of our On-Demand Projects business unit, including the management of projects, people and software development processes. The On-Demand Projects business unit has 6-12 developers and designers and works on concurrent projects for several clients using various technologies (but .NET being the primary framework). This person will have several years of experience as a senior developer with a breadth of technical knowledge and experience, but the ideal candidate will be someone who is talented with supervising and mentoring developers and who is passionate about building a great team and helping turn good developers into great ones.

Experience & Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a developer of which 1+ years as a senior developer / team leader.
- Excellent knowledge of and experience with Microsoft .NET / SQL Server technologies and building web, windows and mobile applications. Experience with other programming languages is an advantage.
- Experienced in full SDLC process and proven ability to direct the analysis, design, implementation, deployment and ongoing support of application solutions.
- Ability to develop project plans and resource loading plans, following solid project management principles.
- Ability to ensure quality development and adherence to development standards across the team
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to lead discussion with U.S. colleagues and clients, discussing solutions, project status, etc.
- Ability to accurately estimate timelines for small and large projects.
- Ability to act as living example for the team and take on complex coding tasks.
- Work together with Development Manager to improve the knowledge level of the team and manage the team’s needs.
