Client: International Disaster Relief Non-Profit

In the call center, phones were ringing off the hook. At distribution centers, volunteers assembled supplies, necessities and printed material into packages bound for 100 different countries. Preparing and shipping more than 8 million packages to underprivileged children around the world isn’t easy – even with the help of 100,000 willing volunteers.

This massive effort, “Operation Christmas Child,” is an annual outreach program conducted by an international disaster relief non-profit. But the organization didn’t have an effective software solution for registering and managing 100,000 volunteers, resulting in an overwhelming number of calls.
